Why have a session?
Do you feel your body is out of balance? Then this is a safe and wonderful way to access deep-seated blocks that are holding you back from your best potential. By tapping into your Subconscious via Hypnosis we can get to the source of the issue.
In everyday life, we can get caught up in our left brain's ‘logical mindset’ in our attempt to access valuable information from our Subconscious. By using Hypnosis techniques we can induce an individual into the somnambulistic (theta) state of deep relaxation.
In this deeply relaxed state, you are able to recall current and past life memories and connect to your Subconscious which has an infinite source of wisdom and guidance to help you. It’s much like tapping into your intuition, your inner knowing.
Clients will be drawn to have a session for guidance to clear emotional and physical blockages, release outdated beliefs and to implement suggestions that can improve their life more positively. If an individual’s body is out of balance and they’re suffering from a physical ailment that needs harmonising, often insight is gained during the session relating to the reason the client has come and they’re able to release whatever it is that’s held them back.
My purpose as a practitioner is to help you to find the key within yourself to unlock your own healing.
Hypnosis is a wonderful experience that possesses significant potential for healing and positive change.
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)
While I hold a QHHT Level 2 certification (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), I don't rely solely on this method in my sessions. QHHT was developed by the renowned Dolores Cannon. I was taught the QHHT Hypnosis Technique by Julia Cannon her daughter. I have also completed Julia’s course ‘Soul Speak’, The Language of Your Body.
The hypnosis technique I use is completely dependent on why a client comes for a session and what they need assistance with. It’s important to come to your session with an open mind. Every session is different and your higher self will know exactly the information that needs to come through for you. My intuition will also guide me in how to be of service to you for the best possible outcome. If you come with certain expectations of how you think your session is going to unfold you will create resistance and block what is meant to come through for you.
During a session when a client is fully relaxed in the theta state, we can recall present life memories and on occasion past lives. These memories are brought to the surface because they have information that is relevant to your current life situation. During the QHHT session, the aim is to be guided to the source of the issue you are seeking answers for. If you know where and why something began you can gain more clarity around it, this creates the space to make peace, heal and move on from it. Mind and body exist in one holistic paradigm. When we gain more understanding of why we are suffering then we can positively improve the situation. Often the new perspective can bring a sense of inner peace back to a person’s life and the appropriate healing will naturally occur.
Session details and what to expect.
Louisa works from Byron Bay. In-person sessions only.
Once a date has been set an invoice will be emailed. A session cannot be booked without full payment made in advance by the due date.
Sessions are A$300. If you need to postpone or cancel your session you will be subjected to a A$100 cancellation fee.
This session is all about receiving, it’s about you so when you enter the room you permit yourself to let go of the outside world and for a few dedicated hours, we are completely focused on your healing. Self-love and self-care are my priorities.
Everything in our outer world impacts our well-being so I create a calm, safe space that is comfortable.
We will discuss your reasons for coming, your life’s journey up until the present day, and go over your challenges. I will then lead you into a relaxed state and guide you into deep hypnosis. It is much the same as being in a meditative state. You can talk to me throughout and hear everything I am saying.
It is a very nurturing and safe space to do this work and people come out of the experience relaxed with greater understanding and clarity.
How to prepare.
You will arrive in comfortable clothing at the designated appointment time. Please respect my commitment to you and arrive on time.
It is always best if you have eaten a clean, preferably plant-based diet the day of the session and the day prior.
No alcohol or recreational drugs should be in your system while you undergo a session.
Session Time
Session times: 2-2.5 hrs
I highly recommend you allow yourself some downtime after your session to relax and integrate post-experience.
Grounding
Once the session is complete it’s advisable to eat a grounding meal so you can arrive back into your body.
Walking barefoot on the earth is also a wonderful way to ground your energy back into your body post-session.
