Why have a session?

Do you feel your body is out of balance? Then this is a safe and wonderful way to access deep-seated blocks that are holding you back from your best potential. By tapping into your Subconscious via Hypnosis we can get to the source of the issue.

In everyday life, we can get caught up in our left brain's ‘logical mindset’ in our attempt to access valuable information from our Subconscious. By using the QHHT technique we can induce an individual into the somnambulistic (theta) state of deep relaxation through visualisation techniques. Once in this deeply relaxed state, you are able to recall current and past life memories and connect to your Subconscious which has an infinite source of wisdom and guidance to help you. It’s much like tapping into your intuition, your inner knowing.

Clients will be drawn to have a QHHT session for guidance to clear emotional and physical blockages, and balance energy flow. If an individual’s body is out of balance and they’re suffering from a physical ailment that needs harmonising, often insight is gained during the session relating to the reason the client has come and they are able to release whatever it is that’s held them back.

My purpose as a practitioner is to help you to find the key within yourself to unlock your own healing.

Mostly QHHT is a wonderful experience that possesses significant potential for healing and positive change.

How does the healing work?

During a session when a client is fully relaxed in the theta state, we are able to recall present life memories and on occasion past lives. These memories are brought to the surface because they have information that is relevant to your current life situation. During the QHHT session, the aim is to be guided to the source of the issue you are seeking answers for. If you know where and why something began you can gain more clarity around it, this creates the space to make peace, heal and move on from it.

In stage two of the session, we speak to you Subconcious to identify any issues or physical ailments it detects within the body and to answer any questions you have. Mind and body exist in one holistic paradigm.

Healing only occurs if the person wants to be healed and if it doesn’t interfere with the individual’s goals of evolution in this current lifetime. For example, if you as a spirit (having this human experience) are meant to experience a certain physical symptom or relationship in this lifetime to further your evolution, you cannot expect to miraculously be cured of that ailment or to dissolve the relationship if that’s not part of the divine plan of your existence here on Earth. However, you can gain more understanding of your suffering and ways to positively improve your situation. Often the new perspective can bring a sense of inner peace back into your life and the appropriate healing will naturally occur.

Session details and what to expect.

Louisa works from Byron Bay and Sydney.

Sessions take on average about 4 hours. I dedicate my whole day to the session. I prepare and clear the space before your arrival so you can enjoy the best possible nurturing environment when we are together.

Everything in our outer world impacts our well-being so I create a calm, safe space that is comfortable.

This session is all about receiving, it’s about you so when you enter the room you give yourself permission to let go of the outside world and for a few dedicated hours, we are completely focused on your healing. Self-love and self-care are my priorities.

We will discuss your reasons for coming, your life’s journey up until the present day, and go over your questions. I will then lead you into a meditation visualisation to relax you and guide you into deep hypnosis. Once we begin the hypnosis you may be under for about 2 hours. During this time you are still aware. It is much the same as being in a meditative state. You are able to talk to me throughout and hear everything I am saying.

It is a very nurturing and safe space to do this work and people come out of the experience relaxed with greater understanding and clarity.

How to prepare.

You will arrive in comfortable clothing at the designated appointment time. I have put aside a whole day for the session to be in service to you, please respect my commitment to you and arrive on time.

It is always best if you have eaten a clean, preferably plant-based diet the day of the session and the day prior.

No alcohol or recreational drugs should be in your system while you undergo a QHHT session.

What to bring

Clients will bring a list of questions that they would like answers to.

Session Time

Session times usually average four to five hours. I will give you all the time you need so there is no rushing the process.

I highly recommend you allow yourself some downtime after your session to relax and integrate post-experience.

Grounding

Once the session is complete it’s advisable to eat a grounding meal so you can arrive back into your body. I will also provide a snack before you leave.

Walking barefoot on the earth is also a wonderful way to ground your energy back into your body post-session.
